Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.
Print and Attach
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Bring your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
